Who we are

Gen1 Solutions is a creative agency based in Lahore, Pakistan, providing graphic design, video, web development and marketing services to organisations around the world. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Gen1 Solutions. If you have any questions, email abdulaleem@gen1sol.com.

What information we collect

This website does not use accounts or advertising trackers. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us, for example:

• Your name, organisation, email, WhatsApp number, preferred meeting time and project details when you fill in our booking form. The form is delivered to our inbox (contact.gen1solutions@gmail.com) by FormSubmit, and meetings booked through the scheduler are handled by Calendly.
• Your name, phone number and message when you contact us on WhatsApp.
• Your name, email address and message when you email us.
• Files, logos, photos, audio and other material you send us for a project.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site secure and running.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To deliver the work you have asked us to do, send invoices and keep project records.
• To keep this website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We only share information with services we need to run our business, such as our website host (Vercel), FormSubmit and Calendly (for bookings), Google Fonts (which loads the typeface used on this site), WhatsApp and our email provider. Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy. Team members working on your project may see the material you send us, and they are bound to keep it confidential.

Your project files

Material you send us is used only for your project. We may show finished work in our portfolio, including on this website and our social media. If you would prefer your work not to be shown, tell us and we will keep it private or remove it.

How long we keep information

We keep messages and project files for as long as needed to complete the work, provide follow-up support and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them or store them securely.

Your rights

You can ask us to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email abdulaleem@gen1sol.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
